From its inception, ASI has continually invested in, developed and improved its own proprietary information systems, ASI Profit Track. Over the course of 2009, the Company has completed an extensive development effort of a "web based"� system resulting in improved functionality across all aspects of our systems from contract enrollment to claims administration to external reporting. Customers will also have access to pertinent data via the web.

System Overview. A key characteristic of the Profit Track system is its utilization of the same "web based"� tools by all system users whether the function is being used by a dealer or by personnel at ASI. This assures results will be consistent between users and reconciliation issues isolated and minimized or eliminated. ASI will install software at the Dealership integrating the F&I function with ASI's and allowing transaction data to be shared for both quoting and other uses. Dealership personnel would access the system via the web with user ids and passwords controlled at the Dealership.
